1998 Cup Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1998 Cup (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "1998 Cup") is an online Sports Betting and casino platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and 1998 Cup. By accessing our website or app, opening an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To open an account with 1998 Cup, the following conditions must be met:

We aim to make withdrawing your winnings from 1998 Cup as simple and fast as possible. Key withdrawal terms:

• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

• Cashback Bonus: A cashback percentage is applied to net losses on a weekly basis. The wagering requirement for cashback is 3x.
• Reload Bonus: Offered during special events or seasons. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is identified — such as multiple accounts or false information — all bonuses and associated winnings will be voided.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days. If the wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.

The following rules apply when placing bets on 1998 Cup:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where a "Cash Out" option is available in live betting.
• If an event is cancelled due to technical reasons, the bet will be declared void and the stake will be refunded.
• If evidence of spot-fixing or match manipulation is found, 1998 Cup reserves the right to void all bets associated with that match.
• If odds contain an obvious error (for example, where the true odds are 1.5 but were mistakenly displayed as 15), 1998 Cup reserves the right to void the bet or settle it at the corrected odds.
• The minimum bet is BDT 10. The maximum bet may vary depending on the market and event.
• 1998 Cup reserves the right to adjust the betting limits of any user.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1998 Cup. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Abuse or manipulation of the bonus system
• Use of automated betting software or bots
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches on the platform
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Chargeback fraud

1998 Cup may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated
• If an account is opened using false or inaccurate information
• If KYC verification is not completed or suspicious documents are submitted
• Extended inactivity of 12 months or more
• When requesting self-exclusion

Before closing an account, 1998 Cup will notify the user via email or SMS. However, in urgent situations — such as suspected fraud — the account may be suspended without prior notice.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting support. Any valid balance will be refunded.

1998 Cup believes gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We actively work to prevent problem gambling. The following tools are available to all users:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on your deposits.
• Betting Limit: Set a limit on how much you bet and stick to it.
